#Sandy Aftermath Day 180: Taking a Break (from Sandy recovery at the Marine Nature Study Area) (by Louis Trapani)
Taking a quick break from the ongoing Sandy recovery efforts to spend a couple hours at the Marine Nature Study Area. Though even there, reminders and evidence of Sandy follows me.
#Sandy Aftermath Day 175: All That’s Left is an Empty Shell.
(Recorded on ) April 21, 2013, 175 days living in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy. My place is gutted out. The floors are gone now as well as the air scrubber and the industrial dehumidifiers. All that is left is an empty shell of a place with hollow walls. Thank you, Sandy.

#Sandy Aftermath Day 174 - "Just When I Thought it was Safe to Remove My Mask" - Attack of the Mold Part 2… Where I thought it would be safe to temporally store collectables including autographed newsletters of the Gallifreyan Embassy signed by Doctor Who alumni has a leak or leaks in the roof. In the video I mention a Colin Baker signed copy… there was one in the pile, but the one seen in the video is signed by the late Nicholas Courtney.
Artifact: A Long Time Ago… (before #Sandy that is) I was a collector. #StarWars
One of about eight different round Star Wars: Return of the Jedi tins from 1083 I had in collection destroyed as a result of Superstorm Sandy. In addition to the round ROTJ times, I had rectangle TESB tins as well that suffered the same fate. Pictured above is the backside of the tin. The front side is illustrated with different scenes from the film.
